I was a compassionate caregiver who worked with old/young people (including Alzheimer and Dementia patients, as well as those with limited mobility due to stroke and/or personal injuries); understood/ recognized their needs and feelings. I was responsible for helping clients with physical & cognitive health such as paying special attention to the physical condition of the patients, helping them walk, assisting in exercises, accompanying to medical appointments, administering medication, helping them maintain memory, planning, preparing, & feeding meals; assisted with bathing, dressing, & toileting as needed. Performed housekeeping tasks such as laundry, making beds, & keeping track of appointments. Kept a daily journal of notes detailing the activities performed during the day/night.
