I am semi-retired from healthcare administration. I also spent 10 years with hospice care so I know how to perform all aspects of care and have excellent references. I am a traveler who likes to read and garden. I would love to connect with a family seeking care for their parent. I am not able to provide heavy lifting or hard physical support but very capable of skin care management and wound care, Cath care and more. You will find in me a strong gentle informed person offering respite and daily care with grace and respect. I'd describe my personality as kind, witty and intelligent. I like caring for seniors because I am a senior too! I relate to my parent's generation. I'm looking for a job that connects me with a person who needs my support and interest in their day to quality of life. It's very important! I started caring for seniors in my youth as a two year nursing student working for hospice. In my spare time, I like to travel, read, garden and paint or weave.
