About Patti

I have been a Reading Tutor in the School District working with Elementary students K-5 for 15 years. We use various testing to pinpoint the area of struggle, then work to build a good foundation; to increase comprehension, build fluency and confidence. I am competent in many different reading interventions, testing methods and learning resources; and can recommend leveled reading materials for your child. In addition, I have tutored after school, and over the summer; working with students K-5 to keep their progress going. I will be happy to help your child by pinpointing their areas of struggle, to increase their reading levels, working towards their targets for their prospective grades.
