As a devoted childcare provider with 20 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children on a deeper level. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication. My expertise lies in caring for one child at a time, ensuring they receive individualized attention and care. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I do so with a gentle and understanding approach. I find great joy in engaging children in outdoor sports and physical games, promoting their physical development and overall well-being. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation, as well as light housekeeping tasks. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, making me a versatile and adaptable caregiver.
