Pat must be one of the hardest-working professionals we've ever had the pleasure to have in our home. She has been able to work around our crazy schedules as quarantine ended, and has done it all while maintaining our house in the condition we need while having everyone at home. She is caring and responsible, and goes above and beyond with chores when things get the best of me. On a more personal note, she provided care for my husband as he was approaching hospice this past year. It takes a truly special professional to support an ailing man, a working mom, and her two young sons (as well as a dog and cat who adore her). Her strengths are in communicating clearly as situations change and evolve, being reliable, and sticking it through the tough stuff. My house is clean and organized, which lets me focus on all of the other stuff.
