It was such a comfort for us all to have Patricia's support and presence as our mom transitioned. She connected well with my mom too and had meaningful conversations with her. It was because of Patricia's expertise and communication that our whole family was able to be at our mom's bedside as she passed. Her presence was such a gift to our family.
