Patty took care of our twins from when they were about 5 months to 20 months old alongside either my mom or mother-in-law. Patty brought years of experience to the table but also respected our parenting style and wishes along with those of both grandmas. She was always very patient, loving, and caring with our kids. She would do all sorts of activities with them from taking them for walks or playing outside, singing, dancing, and teaching them things like letters, shapes, animals, etc. She also did the kids' laundry, light cleaning in the kitchen, and kept their room and playroom organized and clean. She was punctual, reliable, and also flexible on nights where my husband or I had to stay later at work. She was there for some of their first milestones such as crawling, walking, eating solids, and talking so we really appreciate her working with both kids to reach and master these milestones.
