I am certified by Pet Sitters International and I have been petsitting and house sitting on and off for over 30 years. I was also the personal assistant to a blind woman for many years and have recently relocated to Santa Fe. I have taken care of cats, dogs, birds, gerbils & hamsters and even a pet mouse. I love animals and just retired from farming in PA where I raised hogs, steers, chickens, turkeys and ducks. In farming you learn a lot of animal psychology. I treated our animals with respect and did not use prods or other pain inducing devices, only patience. I look forward to meeting you and your special pet(s). Patricia was a lifesaver when I needed house/dog sitting for 3 weeks over Christmas. She clearly understands the canine brain and was quite attentive to Sky’s idiosyncrasies. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail regarding potential emergencies (home & dog) and was elated when she replaced/installed a new combo lock for my front door, which became inoperable. Highly recommend!
