About Patricia

I am 52 yrs old, a mother of 4, grandmother of 2, and now an empty nester. I am looking to take on part time child care to help supplement my husband's retirement income. We live on a small homestead in Navarre along with our dogs, cat, goats, chickens, and rabbits. My only paid childcare experiences were as a teenager and then as a young mother during a time that I stayed at home with my first two children in the mid 1990s. I homeschooled my four children from 2001 through 2018. From 2001 to 2003 I was a volunteer for the youth programs at the Massillon Salvation Army, then, alongside my husband, became Salvation Army officers and served in three corps (church community centers) in Ohio where I worked with youth of all ages and from various backgrounds, and also including special needs.
