My journey in special needs began with fulfilling special need roles, where I discovered the joy of positively impacting peoples lives. My approach to special needs is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment where the individual feels safe, respected, and encouraged to explore their full potential. As a highly organized and responsible caregiver I am adept at managing daily routines, ensuring a balance of educational activities, physical play, and relaxation. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
