About Patience

Greetings, From my perspective, child care is the most important job on the planet. My philosophy is that children absorb our (especially parents) energy, language and behaviors immediately and without even knowing it. Personally, my charge to myself is to endow your children with respect, kindness, courage and knowledge. I believe that when surrounded by and taught language and behaviors to support these virtues, your children will automatically and naturally return such energy and philosophy to the next generation. I do not take my job lightly. Your kids will be the epicenter of my world when I am on duty. Personally, for over 18 years, I have been taking steps, and building skill sets which allow me to be what I consider a progressive co-parent/nanny. What I have discovered in my 7 years with infants and children, is that I work well with families who intrinsically believe in every sense of the word that their children are the most important - above and beyond all things else.
