Children have always been my favorite to take care of because of their constant need to be stimulated by an activity. I enjoy to constantly give them activities to do so they can expand themselves and be more ready for the grown-up world. I feel this stage is crucial because they learn permanent habits, traits and other behaviors that could help or hurt them later in life, so I may sure that they learn manners, learn respect, learn structure and learn how to behave themselves. I do not like to be strict but I will when I need to be, and when the child needs to learn that they cannot get their own way when they feel like it.

Paris worked under me from 11/4/2011 to 8/13/2015 as a student assistant. Paris was very professional as he was part of our front desk specialists, learned his job and had no problem answering the phones and giving information to all walk-ins as they came in. I had no problem giving Paris a job to do because I knew it would be done right.
