September 30, 2015 To Whom It May Concern, Parisa began working for my Mother in September of 2014, as a personal assistant. Parisa, managed Mom s schedule, made appointments, drove her to her appointments and followed up with every detail needed. She also took her shopping and out for social functions, as well. It rapidly became clear that Parisa was a very smart and special woman. Mom increased her hours and looked to her more and more to handle her matters. Once Mom s health began to fail, we thought so much of her that we bought out the agency contract and hired her more full time directly. As time went on Parisa assumed the role of full time caregiver and provided first class assistance. Parisa, encouraged Mom and handled her personality with the skill of a professional. When Mom went home from rehab, Parisa, recruited skilled caregivers and acted as Chief of Staff for my brother and I. She managed four caregiver s schedules and always made sure there were communications between all the caregivers. Parisa, was willing to assist the family in any way possible and made life better for my Mother and her family.
