About Paola

With over 10 years of caregiving experience, I bring compassion, reliability, and deep understanding to the work I do. My journey began caring for my great-grandmother, who had dementia, and it was through that personal experience that I developed a strong sense of empathy and commitment to supporting individuals with memory-related conditions. I later worked with a home health agency, where I balanced office duties with hands-on care. I often stepped in to relieve caregivers experiencing burnout, offering consistent and thoughtful support to clients. This unique experience allowed me to build strong relationships not only with those I cared for, but also with families and care teams who valued trust and communication. I have extensive experience with dementia, including redirecting techniques, establishing calming routines, and creating safe, engaging environments. My goal is always to bring comfort, dignity, and a sense of normalcy to the lives of those I serve.
