We have been fortunate to have Paola as our caregiver for the past year, and it has been an incredibly positive experience for our family. Paola is warm, dependable, and truly dedicated to the well-being of our children. From day one, she made a strong connection with our little ones, understanding their individual needs and preferences, which really put us at ease. One of the things we appreciate most about Paola is her ability to maintain a structured yet flexible routine. She balances playtime, learning activities, and rest effortlessly, ensuring our children are not only well-cared for but also engaged and stimulated throughout the day. Her approach to discipline is gentle but firm, and she does an excellent job of reinforcing positive behavior while being patient and understanding. She is also incredibly trustworthy. Whether it’s managing our children's daily needs, preparing healthy meals, or ensuring their safety, we have complete confidence in her abilities. Additionally, Paola is always proactive about communicating, whether it’s providing updates on the kids’ day, asking for feedback, or letting us know if there are any concerns. On a personal note, we’ve always found her to be punctual, professional, and respectful.
