About Paola

Hello! My name is Paola, and I'm originally from Colombia. I'm 25 years old and recently moved to San Antonio, Texas, as an Army wife. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with a diverse range of families. I hold a degree in psychology from the University of South Florida in Tampa. My background in psychology has provided me with a deep understanding of child development and behavior, which I apply in my childcare practices. Additionally, I have a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have spent a year and a half working with children with autism, giving me valuable experience in providing specialized care. Before moving to San Antonio, I also worked as a babysitter for two years. During this time, I cared for children of ages 1 to 5 ensuring their safety, happiness, and overall well-being. I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow, and I would love the opportunity to care for your little ones!
