Paola is a specialist in preparing healthy food. 8 years ago I lost 60 lbs with better eating habits and exercise without having to diet. The hardest part of these years has been not gaining back the weight I had lost. Paola has been essential over the last few years in order to achieve this. She has the passion and knowledge necessary to prepare delicious and healthy meals that are easy to heat up without losing the taste of a freshly made meal. I recommend her to anyone I can without fear of disappointing them.
