About Paola

Nice to meet you! My name's Paola. I have 6 years of experience working in childcare. I used to live in London, UK where I completed my BA degree in Chinese Studies, and where I babysat three lovely kids ages 6, 9 and 11 for three years. I then moved back to Italy (my home country), where I worked at the American School of Milan for almost two years, first as a bus monitor and later as a teaching assistant. I then moved to Tokyo, Japan, where I spent a year and a half teaching at an International School. I am now in New York City for a Masters in the Art of Education at Sarah Lawrence college, where I worked as an assistant teacher for their Early Childhood Centre. I now do student teaching at a public school in the East Village. I am hoping to find a fun babysitting job with a local family!
