I have babysat children in their homes for several years as with stellar reviews, references available upon request. I do drive and have reliable transportation. I believe in being actively involved with the children, not just putting them in front of the TV. I also have experience working with the elderly including those with dementia. I worked in a retirement community for several years in activities interacting with elderly individuals with a myriad of issues on a regular basis. Pam has been an excellent caregiver to our son. She is ALWAYS on time and never cancels last minute. She gives ample notice of any days that she may not be available. She follows any rules or guideline you provide perfectly and is very knowledgeable! She cares for children with kindness and is always smiling. She even goes the extra mile to plan fun activities such as applesauce painting! I could not recommend Pam highly enough!
