About Pamela

I have provided paid childcare for varying ages beginning at age 12. I also took care of my 3 yo brother at this time to give my mother (of six) more free time. After high school I was a nanny for a year for three girls (2, 5, and 7) and also did light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, errands, and meals for the family. In my early 20s I became a (paid) sort of big sister to three school-age girls while I was living and working in Worcester MA so their Mom could work. I eventually married and became a mother myself and raised a daughter and son pretty much by myself while attending university. I have extensive oversight and care of my 13 yo granddaughter since she was 18 months old. I am a Jill of all trades, am very safety conscious, and I have always had a heart for children. I also worked as an SLP with autistic children for 15 years.
