Pam is an amazingly natural caregiver. She knows when to set up fun activities for the kids, and when to just let them create their own. AND she knows when it’s time to start prepping the next snack before there’s a hanger meltdown! Pam has cared for my two small boys many, many times, even managing when one of their buddies comes over to join while we’re out. I trust Pam entirely, and thank her hugely!
