I live far away from my mother, who is getting to the point of possibly needing help now and then with errands, doctor visits, and so on. Pam responded to my job posting with a thorough and engaging letter of introduction. She was able to accompany my mother to a several-hour doctor visit. I couldn't be more thrilled with her kindness, professionalism, and follow-up. I am glad my mother has someone to call on if she needs a helping hand.
