About Pamela

Hello my name is Pamela . Although I have had no formal training with elder care I truly believe that much of what it takes to care for someone who can no longer care for themselves is not something that can be taught rather it comes from the heart. I would obviously not be the right fit for someone that requires a professional. My Mother was in a nursing home and I did 98% of what was needed for her care because I wanted her to be cared for with patience and kindness. I was able to enjoy the company of the other residents as well. I found that I loved it and was beginning to do things for them as well. I am also a neat freak so I have no problem with keeping things tidy and I love to cook and bake also so I can handle that. I can make a promise that I would treat your family member as if they were my own. I am 61 years young and not afraid of hard work. Hope to be able to help you with your family members needs.
