Pamela has worked with our family full-time for almost a year and is a huge part of our daily life. She and her daughter have been wonderful in encouraging our son in his development. Because he has some special needs it is really meaningful to have a nanny that take his development seriously. Everything from running/jumping/climbing stairs to his speech and language skills have improved so much. And in a year when kids were really isolated from one another having Pam's daughter spend time with our son was really an amazing bonus. More recently we welcomed a baby girl and again Pam and her daughter have stepped up to help us find a new normal. She is reliable, very safety oriented, creative and thoughtful. We would be continuing with her if we weren't moving back to NY.
