Pam is so kind and patient. My mother can be difficult at times. Pam has been able to win her over to the point that my mom enjoys here company and visits. Pam is completely dependable. She has never canceled or even arrived late for an appointment. She is always upbeat and cheerful, which makes her such a pleasure to be around. We are extremely happy and grateful to have met Pam.
