About Pamela

My father passed away three years ago at 80, though my dad was in good health until the very end I was his health advocate going with him to appointments and such. I also become his companion and company after mother died six years prior. My father tried to keep busy after mom passed, but he got lonely, very lonely. They were married over 50 years. My father in law is still cracking jokes at 91 I'm proud to say. I have a real heart for our elder folks, I enjoy being around them. They have so much to share with us, and letting them know we of enjoy their company is good medicine. I am a care giver companion, and not a health care hands-on care giver. I can take them shopping, to lunch if they like, run errands for them, and can help them organize their living space, and assist them with any chores they cannot manage on their own. Like my father in law, we are trying to keep him in his home for as long as we can, it is best for him, he is happier, and so are we.
