I'm a 31-year-old working professional who has a passion for helping create a happy, thriving, attentive home life for the rising generation to grow up in! I have a variety of experience with many age-groups under my belt including supervising younger teenagers in a professional capacity after school, nannying after work, on weekends, on work trips and vacations from infancy-10-year-olds and aided in a non-profit organization child-care programs, ranging from 6-month-olds-13-year-olds. I believe in operating with a plan, making preparations ahead of time and actively communicating with parents and guardians to make sure children's needs are met, whether it's creating a positively-structured environment or taking an approach that allows for more flexibility per the activity. Whatever your family's style, I will always bring a toolkit packed with active listening, empathy, responsibility, creativity and a genuine love for each individual child.
