I have experience for groups of children in a therapeutic clinical setting: following a schedule, leading activities (crafts, games, school work), following a treatment plan unique to each child, and keeping the dietary restrictions of each child in mind. I've also nannied for the last few years in Pittsburgh, children 4 months old to 6 years old. I've enjoyed working with families, long-term (1+ years). I've obtained my CPR certification and Mandated Reporter training. I have a copy of my child clearances that I'd be happy to provide, though it isn't listed on my care profile. I have my own car and would be comfortable driving those I'll be caring for to and from appointments, sports practices, school functions, etc. I have a dog and cat of my own and would be happy to care for pets as well. I am also comfortable doing laundry, preparing meals, and caring for house plants.

Paige has been working with our family for almost two years. She is exceptionally dependable, patient and kind. She has done much more for us than keep our child safe, dry and fed during the hours she spends with us. She has helped us establish better boundaries and routines, while staying very flexible changing needs. In following her example we have adopted countless successful tactics to calm or redirect strong emotions and high energy, to teach and learn from our toddler. She has surpassed our expectations in tangible ways--by keeping a daily journal, cleaning and tidying up the house with incredible care (organizing drawers, or arranging toys and stuffed animals with next-level home-maker skill)
