Dedication, willingness, and compassionate. I enjoy caring for seniors because I have been doing this for three years and enjoy it. I am a retired teacher, currently taking care of my parents, and disabled brother. My passion is to stay active and enjoy positive company. My experience is mainly with living assistance, memory care, and bed-bound clients. I had 2 permanent clients where I cared for them daily. I have been to over a dozen personal homes as a fill-in for other staff members. I started caring for seniors through an agency where I also worked at several facilities through Eskaton. In my spare time, I workout and design my backyard. In addition, I spend a lot of time with my daughter and we travel together. One thing you should know about me is that I am a positive figure in the community where I give service to the church and other programs. My skills include bathing, using hoyer lifts, meal preparation, and bed pans.
