I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and reliable. I've always loved working with kids ever since I started babysitting my younger cousins. Seeing their curiosity and joy as they learn and grow is incredibly rewarding. I started working with kids when I began babysitting my little cousins and my neighbor's children. I found it incredibly rewarding and enjoyable, which inspired me to work as a professional caregiver. Over the years, I've gained experience working with children, including those with special needs. This has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of their unique requirements and how to provide compassionate and effective care. My top three childcare skills are effective communication, activity planning and engagement, and patience with problem-solving. I connect well with children, making sure they feel heard and understood, and keep parents informed about their child's progress.
