Contacted Otila on care.com. We then spoke on the phone. Met in person. Everything seemed fine, Tilly said she would work for us. Set dates to start. Tilly even text back later just to confirm, then never showed up. Tried texting her, no response. I should have known better when she had to reschedule a couple times before meeting. After meeting and she confirmed I didn’t think she would just ditch us with no warning.
