I've always enjoyed fostering children's growth and development, which is why I've been working as a childcare provider for the past six years. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, which helps me connect with children and build trusting relationships. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and prefer their preferred communication method when it's time to discuss their child's day or any issues. My previous babysitting roles taught me how to effectively communicate with parents and children alike, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children between the ages of one and 11.
