About Oprah

Hi, my name is Oprah and to me, children are a blessing. Their personalities never fail to impress and engage me. I believe kids should be respected, revered, and cherished. I love working with them because they inspire me to stay creative and lively, and remind me to view life from another perspective. Throughout my years providing care, children have had an abundance of love to give, which I intend to reciprocate as I help them to thrive. Caring for children since middle school, getting my start babysitting relatives before being referred to family friends, and then moving on to daycare. In this daycare, we did a wide variety of activities; basic early education and outside play activities. I have worked with children of all ages, from many different backgrounds, upbringings, and familial situations. As I advanced my career, I worked in a hospital on the child/adolescent units and currently work as a nurse in which I have pediatric patients on certain days of the week.
