Was a polite communicator and seemed very nice but unfortunately said they “forgot” about their shift today when I called them (after I confirmed it with them twice prior), essentially canceling less than an hour before the scheduled start of the shift. This could be a one-off but you may want to begin working with them on a day when attendance is not crucial.Again, they seemed very nice and I wish them the best but people may be dependent on help when scheduled so I wanted to provide a review.
