Hello! My name is Tilda, and I am a loving and experienced mom of four boys, ranging from toddlers to teens. With years of hands-on parenting and a deep understanding of children's needs, I bring patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to child care. I have personal experience caring for children with diverse needs, including neurodivergent children, as my youngest son is autistic and non-verbal. This has taught me the importance of understanding, adaptability, and creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children to thrive. As a military veteran, I am dependable, organized, and calm under pressure. I value structure but also know how to infuse fun into everyday routines. From helping with homework and preparing meals to planning engaging activities, I aim to support children's growth and well-being while giving parents peace of mind.
