My experience for the past 6 years I have been into healthcare as a caregiver, Personal care assistant has been of both ways, even though it has been challenging because you meet different kinds of patient, patient family and their peespective about things and the way they want things to be done sometimes is what makes it interesting. But as a professional caregiver, you must make sure you give them listening ears and be so patient with both the Patient and Patient family because sometimes they can be hard to deal with and all this is an experienced on it's own. The bottom of it is I enjoy what I do. It taught me ways to deal with and handle Patient in a very professional way and build confidence in them again. It has given me reason to pursue more and career growth in it. Am passionate about people, and it gives me joy that being professional about my job gives me joy. I love what I do and am very professional about my job and taking care of people is something I love doing. Thanks.
