I believe that open and honest communication is key to building trust with parents, and I make sure to keep them updated about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication during pickup. I also respect their preferred method of communication. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows children to feel comfortable and secure in my care. When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them consistently and fairly.
