About Olivia

I like working with kids because I've been around kids for most of my life, there are a lot of babies/children in my family! I am currently studying early childhood education and plan to be a first grade teacher! I started working with kids at a young age. My family is very big with a lot of children. I started babysitting for my family and friends of family when I was 14 years old. I have a lot of experience with all ages of kids and enjoy every age group! My skills include passion because I truly love working with kids and something I plan to do for the rest of my life. A person who isn't passionate about something doesn't usually succeed in something they aren't passionate about. Another skill is patience, as a caretaker of kids I believe it is super important as kids are growing and learning everyday. Without patience the kids will struggle to learn and grow. Another skill is communication, between myself and the family to communicate all things and build a great relationship.
