Olivia is the best caregiver you're ever going to find, truly. We hired Olivia to care for our six-month-old baby, and I only wish we had brought her into our lives earlier, when I was a nervous new mom with a newborn. She worked with our family for about a year and a half, and while we’re sad to see her go, we're happy and supportive of her decision to follow her passion as a birth and postpartum doula. I already plan to hire her for support with our next baby(ies) during the newborn and postpartum stage, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to other families. Olivia is everything you would hope for in a caregiver and more. She is proactive, responsible, and wise beyond her years. Her attention to detail, observant nature, and careful approach made her an invaluable part of our family. Whether it was helping establish routines, finding creative ways to entertain our son, or intuitively knowing what he needed in moments of fussiness (before he was sleep trained she would go into his nursery and have him sleep on her in the chair - it was so sweet and exactly what he needed), Olivia always went above and beyond. She is patient, nurturing, and loving, and her bond with our son is nothing short of magical. I would trust Olivia completely with children of any age, including newborns or those with specific care needs. She always prioritized safety and well-being while creating a warm, engaging environment. She also helped me, as a parent, feel more confident with her calm and grounding presence. Olivia became a critical part of our family, and her care for our son is irreplaceable. She has a natural gift for connecting with children, parents, and other caregivers, and I have no doubt that she will bring the same compassion, professionalism, and expertise to her work as a birth and postpartum doula.
