About Olivia

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring, and enthusiastic! I like working with kids because their creativity and joy for life inspires me to be more creative and optimistic. As the oldest daughter of eight kids, I spent a lot of my childhood and teenage years caring for my little siblings which has helped reinforce my love for kids. My first position working with kids was through a youth volunteer program I did as an 11-year-old. Through that program I volunteered at a daycare assisting the teachers with daily care tasks. This was also around the same time I began babysitting for local families. During high-school, I worked as a teacher's aid at a preschool daycare and began lifeguarding. Additionally, I was a day camp counselor for a group of 5-6-year-olds and 8-10-year-olds. My skills include previous CPR and first aid certification, experience with baby care, and an energetic and playful personality that makes it easy to keep kids entertained.
