I have cared for children and adults with special needs for over 10 years. I am a certified independent care provider through the Department of Developmental Disabilities and Medicaid. I have experience working with children and adults with Rett Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Down's Syndrome, Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and a variety of other abilities. I am very patient and caring. I love to work with children of all abilities and am always trying to learn more about different abilities and people. I am very passionate about working with children with disabilities. I am a certified special education teacher in both Ohio and Alaska.
