About Olivia

As a caregiver with over half a decade of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and supporting families. My background includes a college degree with a major in psychology and working with the maternal-infant dyad. From my experience in a hospital nursery and as a preschool teacher, I have expertise in infant care, attachment with mothers, feeding and sleeping schedules, and creating interactive lesson plans. Patient, creative, and friendly, I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred method, whether it be verbal at pickup or regular text or phone updates. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. My idea of fun includes outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am available to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. Rest assured, I am First Aid and CPR certified, and I have completed coursework in early child development.
