About Olivia

Hello everyone my name is Olivia. I am currently looking for a temporary postition or to help out with odd hours/ fill ins. I just move to Ellensburg as I will be starting an Americorp position with Washington Ecology come Oct. I have been working in Dc as a house manager the past 3 years and have been a nanny off and on for over 6 years. I have experience with all ages and specialize in those with special needs. A little bit about me I grew up as a younger sibling to a sister with a rare genetic disorder which involves developmental delays and epilepsy. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors from the rocks to the trees it all interests me. I like to be engaged with the children and do my best to avoid screen time as I grew up without screens. I use a gentle/Montessori approach and implement this through daily collaborative routines, feelings cards and check ins.
