Hi! My name is Olivia, and I've been working with children ages 5-12 since 2017. I started as a volunteer counselor with Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks during the summers, holding that position until 2021. In 2021, I was promoted to counselor, and in 2022, I advanced to Assistant Director. Currently, I'm a Child Care Teacher for School Age Child Care with AACRP and will be promoted to Director this summer. I have many certifications, including First Aid, CPR, Basic Health and Safety, ADA training, Behavioral Management, and more. I'm passionate about helping children learn new concepts and develop skills. What began as a job for experience quickly turned into a love for working with kids and supporting their growth. I believe children learn from adults and need consistent, balanced care that aligns with parents' needs. I'm excited to meet you and your children!
