About Olivia

I am a dedicated Pre-Med student pursuing a Biochemistry degree at the University of Iowa, where I've gained extensive knowledge through coursework, research, and lab experience. My passion is helping students unlock their potential, particularly in biology, chemistry, and math. I've worked with a diverse range of students, tailoring my teaching methods to meet individual needs. I focus on making learning engaging and accessible by breaking down complex topics and using creative tools like mnemonics and personalized study strategies. My goal is to help students achieve academic success while developing a genuine appreciation for what they're learning. Outside of academics, I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, and spending time with my large family. These activities help me bring energy and enthusiasm to my tutoring, keeping students motivated and confident. I'm committed to guiding students toward their goals with patience and understanding.
