I am passionate about caring for people with special needs because I have an understanding most people working with disabilities don't. I experience my own struggles and symptoms that give me confidence I can relate or just generally understand those around me with their own struggles. My goal as a student at the University of Florida is to earn my doctorate in occupational therapy and work with children with all disabilities. I work as a rehabilitation aide at a hospital and have previously worked jobs as an EKG tech, babysitting all ages, dog sitting, summer camp counselor, and other small side jobs.
