After 4 years of providing care for a 4-year-old with cerebral palsy, I went on to become a personal caregiver for college students needing assistance in toileting, lifting, bathing, shopping, etc. With a love for diverse students, I continued my work at the high school level in vocational courses. In 2015, I became a licensed educator and have been supporting families with specialized care for students with cross categorical disabilities. I work as an Intervention Specialist while furthering my education in educational leadership, specific learning disabilities, and curriculum/instruction. I hope to continue supporting families and their loved ones.
