I've always been passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My positive babysitting experiences and deep desire to make a positive impact on young lives led me to become a caregiver. With five years of experience and some graduate school under my belt, I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of all ages. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to easily connect with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to ensure we're on the same page about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior. When it comes to playing with children, I love engaging them in outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles.
