About Olinda

My name is Linda, moved from Houston approximately two years ago due to husband's job. I have a degree in social work (BSW) and a minor in disabilities. Masters in Physical Therapy. Prior to moving to Portland, I lived in Houston, and did research for the University of Health & Science Center - at Houston in the Pediatric Department for approximately 8 years. Also, worked for Tirr -Texas Institute for Rehabilitation & Research - in the Intensive Care Unit, as a Specialized Body Mechanics Assistant lll - assisting brain injury, stroke and quadriplegic patients for 10 years. Worked for the Department of Children and Protective Services and also for the Department of Aging and Disabilities- DADS as a Case Manager. Also, hands-on experience with mobility issues, end of life, medication administration, dementia and Alzheimer's patients! About myself: I'm originally from NYC and went to school and lived in Chicago for 12 years . Completed my masters degree in Kennesaw, GA Love to cook!
