About Olinda

Before moving to the United States, I was a neonatal nurse for 12 years. I came to the United States 35 years ago with an import/export company as the manager of the marketing department and went back to school here for my GED, Certified Nursing Assistant and EKG tech certification. I have worked in a nursing home as a CNA in clear water and moved on to Clear water Community Hospital in the orthopedic dept. In 1987, I have opened a home health agency and worked licensed by the state of Florida until 1990. In 1991, I had a child and I have stayed at home for six years to raise her. I went back to work at a hospital in Miami in 1996. In 1997, we moved back to Tampa and I have worked at Palm Gardens Nursing home in the rehab department then moved to Plaza West as a CNA until 2006 and also started working at Lifepath Hospice during this time. Since 2009, I have been a family caregiver at my own home and in the homes of others, depending on the necessity of my patients. I have care for patients of all ages and look forward to providing the care necessary for your family.
